Republican Representative Paul Broun of Georgia, speaking to a church group in videotaped remarks, said: “Evolution, embryology, and the Big Bang theory are lies straight from the pit of hell, meant to convince people that they don’t need a savior.” Broun went on to say that the earth is about 9,000 years old and that God made it in six days. Representative Broun, who is an M.D., sits on the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology.
The Democrats may be bereft of ideas, but the Republicans are just full of them.

The Chinese are “kicking our asses” because we put boots on their feet, bottomed up, and started begging.
Umm…ok…that would be another way of looking at it.
The Chinese are “kicking our asses” economically because the humanitarian aspect that so naturally stems from Christian morality has been brutally suppressed. Thus, the people cannot protest and claim God-given “human rights” because according to their atheistic government, there is no God. Everything is a cold, harsh, and indifferent “struggle for survival” where the “fittest” survive.
